How the Pathway Opens
The program begins with a diagnostic assessment of the institution as it stands.
The assessment establishes the exact distance between the organization's current position and the assurance it must be able to demonstrate to its supervisory authorities. The findings define everything that follows: the scope, the sequence, the workload, and the calendar itself.
Building the System
On the basis of the diagnostic findings, a single integrated system is designed around the institution's own obligations, authorities and operating reality.
The organization implements it, working alongside management according to agreed indications. The result reflects how the institution actually decides, operates and answers for itself — which is precisely what a supervisory authority examines.
Independent Verification and Certification
The program closes when the institution passes the certification audits conducted by accredited bodies.
Completion coincides with the external auditor's certification of the system. At that point the organization holds a position it can demonstrate before the CBUAE, the DFSA, the FSRA, VARA and NCEMA, and before every counterparty that reads certification as evidence of control.
